We had some woodpecker damage to our fireplace chimney structure last fall. We contacted Jorge at Safe Fire and Chimney who came out to assess our situation. Jorge took pictures of everything and advised us how to address the problem. He first said to have the damaged framing of the chimney done before he installs the new custom made stainless steel chimney cap. We had the framing done this spring and our new chimney cap was delivered and installed by Jorge and his team after that. Jorge was very knowledgeable and helpful. He followed up on everything and kept us updated. I would highly recommend Safe Fire and Chimney.
